- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 lime (cut into wedges)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Steps
- Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Lightly brush the corn with butter, if desired.
- Grill the ears for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and slightly golden on all sides.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
- While the corn is still warm, slather it generously with the mayo and sour cream mix.
