Ingredients

Total Servings: 10

  • 1 pound Trimmed Beef Tenderloin
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cracked Pepper
  • 1 ounce Balsamic Glaze

Steps

  1. Cut filet into 10 evenly sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl
  2. Toss with oil, salt, and pepper
  3. Push skewer through meat and into cherry tomato
  4. Cook in preheated 400° oven for 3 minutes
  5. Open oven, flip each skewer over, allow to cook for another 3-5 minutes depending on your preferred internal temperature
  6. Garnish with zig zag of balsamic glaze
