Tender bites of filet with roasted tomato and balsamic

Ingredients
Total Servings: 10
- 1 pound Trimmed Beef Tenderloin
- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cracked Pepper
- 1 ounce Balsamic Glaze
Steps
- Cut filet into 10 evenly sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl
- Toss with oil, salt, and pepper
- Push skewer through meat and into cherry tomato
- Cook in preheated 400° oven for 3 minutes
- Open oven, flip each skewer over, allow to cook for another 3-5 minutes depending on your preferred internal temperature
- Garnish with zig zag of balsamic glaze
