- 1 pound shredded duck meat
- 1 loaf of ciabatta bread
- 1 cup Strawberry Jalapeno BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon sliced green onions
Steps
- In a small pot on the stove, heat BBQ sauce over low heat until it bubbles.
- Slowly stir in the duck meat
- Cover it and cook on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Toast ciabatta in 350° oven for 5 minutes
- Garnish with green onions
