Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 Garlic powder
  • 1/4 black pepper
  • 8 Phyllo dough sheets, cut in squares
  • 2 tablespoon Butter (melted)

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, ricotta, egg, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Brush phyllo squares with melted butter and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
  4. Fold into triangles and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
