- 1 cup Spinach (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 Garlic powder
- 1/4 black pepper
- 8 Phyllo dough sheets, cut in squares
- 2 tablespoon Butter (melted)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, ricotta, egg, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Brush phyllo squares with melted butter and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
- Fold into triangles and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
